Universidad del Valle de México (UVM) sought to design an entirely new program model for all 120,000 learners across all program clusters that every student takes: engineering, business, art & design, and social sciences. By connecting all learning through a new program model that focuses squarely on scaffolding durable, transferable skills across the institution, UVM is creating a powerful shared language that changes how students learn, think, and navigate an evolving world—and changes the magnitude of transformation possible.

The Korean Institute of Energy Technology (KENTECH), sought a partner with deep expertise in curricula and pedagogy that instill durable skills in problem solving, leadership, communication, and critical thinking to advance the energy industry. Minerva’s expertise, coupled with KENTECH’s existing industry-specific curriculum, led to the development of an interdisciplinary program focused on the learning and mastery of a set of cross-contextual learning outcomes that form the foundation for the rest of students’ undergraduate studies.

The newly launched Dubai AI Academy is a key part of the Dubai AI Campus, aimed at mainstreaming artificial intelligence (AI) education and advancing its adoption across vital sectors of the economy. Together we designed an executive education program that teaches leaders how to inspire trust, motivate action, and innovate in an AI-enabled world. The program is tailored specifically for industry leaders who want to transform their organizations through human-centered AI strategies.

Hawai‘i Pacific University’s (HPU) leadership had a bold ambition to create a new program model that would elevate their institution, increase their competitive edge, and respond to a market need for high-value, relevant learning. We embarked on a fast-paced effort to design a new program model, starting with the design of a business degree, to bring the new model to life. The project not only serves as a foundation for new programs at HPU, but provides students with a more efficient and cost-effective pathway to career readiness.
