USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism

A foundational course that helps learners manage complexity in diverse work environments.

Opportunity

The USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism had a vision to create a new program for master’s students focused on building critical competencies in creating, sustaining, and thriving within diverse work environments.

What We Did

Through Minerva’s partnership, USC collaborated to create an applied course in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access (DEIA) taken by master’s students, staff, alumni, and corporate partners.
