Opportunity

Bentley University had a vision to create an innovative new learning model that fosters business acumen in healthcare students while serving as a foundation to expand their executive education offerings. Their aim was to pioneer a learning innovation model that could expand more widely within Bentley, and position themselves as a leading institution in the professional learning industry.

What We Did

We designed and developed a six-week professional learning program, Leading Business Transformation in Health (LBTH).

Skills taxonomy design

A shared learning taxonomy gives every graduate the same skills to measure their personal learning progress.

Future foundation

The program will provide healthcare professionals with an interdisciplinary foundation oriented toward the future of their industry.
